The Management Board of State Enterprise Lithuanian Airports has elected a new Chairman – Arijandas Šliupas. Lithuanian Airports unite and manage Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga airports.
Alongside two additional independent Board members, Mr. Šliupas was assigned to the Board in the end of March. Mr. Šliupas started his tenure as Chairman on April 30th.
Currently, Arijandas Šliupas is Head of MRO project development at Skyways Technics A/S, member of the Board at the managing company of Kaunas FEZ (free economic zone), and an aviation consultant.
Two more independent members are also working at the newly appointed Management Board. Eglė Čiužaitė is a member of the Board at “Vilniaus šilumos tinklai“, “Jaunimo linija”, and a business consultant. Tadas Arvydas Vizgirda is the head of Shift4 Payments Lithuania, Chairman of the Board at the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, and the honorary Chairman at the organization Save the Children Lithuania.
Another member of the Board is Saulius Kerza, currently the Head of the Budget and Investment department at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lithuania. Mr. Kerza ir also a Board member at the Klaipėda Port Authority and Lithuanian Post.
